Main Duties:
- Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to align with business goals
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver excellence across all people initiatives
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviewing to seamless onboarding
- Champion positive workplace relations and ensure full compliance with Maltese employment law
- Execute annual training plans and lead performance management to boost productivity and growth
- Manage HR systems and reporting to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives while supporting Health & Safety compliance
What skills do you need:
- Extensive background in senior HR management, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of Maltese labor legislation and modern HR methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and team-leadership capabilities
- A proactive problem-solver with a practical, "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic
- Possesses a growth mindset and a genuine drive to mentor and elevate others
- Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters
