Main Duties:

• Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent acquisition to align with business goals
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team to deliver excellence across all people initiatives
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviewing to seamless onboarding
• Champion positive workplace relations and ensure full compliance with Maltese employment law
• Execute annual training plans and lead performance management to boost productivity and growth
• Manage HR systems and reporting to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Drive engagement and wellbeing initiatives while supporting Health & Safety compliance

What skills do you need:

• Extensive background in senior HR management, ideally within a fast-paced retail environment
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline
• In-depth knowledge of Maltese labor legislation and modern HR methodologies
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and team-leadership capabilities
• A proactive problem-solver with a practical, "roll-up-your-sleeves" work ethic
• Possesses a growth mindset and a genuine drive to mentor and elevate others
• Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive matters
