Remuneration: Salary

Main Duties:

• Manage daily stores and ERP inventory accuracy, including stock counts and batch tracking
• Manage raw and packaging material levels to optimize stock and minimize waste
• Monitor material usage, shelf life, returns, and write-offs
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, Health & Safety standards, and housekeeping requirements
• Liaise with Production, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and develop staff through performance management and multi-skilling
• Deputize for the Stores/Procurement Manager and report stock or operational risks to management

What skills do you need?

• MQF Level 5/6 qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations or similar
• Experience in inventory/stores management
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge
• Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
