Main Duties:

  • Resolve hardware, software, and network issues across all company offices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical alerts, escalating complex problems when necessary
  • Install and update operating systems and hardware to ensure optimal performance
  • Manage user accounts and access rights in line with security protocols
  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
  • Provide user guidance and training to improve proficiency with new systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours critical support
  • Perform additional duties as required by business needs

What skills do you need?

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Microsoft Certifications will be considered an asset
  • Two years' working experience in IT Technical Support on Windows Operating Systems inc. client/Server applications
  • Experience working with SharePoint and other Office 365 products
  • Basic knowledge of networking eg TCP/IP WAN/LAN
  • Knowledge of SQL Server

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
