Job Description:

Location: Malta
Basis: Full time
Remuneration: Salary + benefits

Main Duties:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues to ensure smooth system operation.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including access and account provisioning.

  • Support and maintain cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure and/or Oracle Cloud).

  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and availability.

  • Implement best practices for data protection, cloud security, and disaster recovery.

  • Administer Microsoft tools (Intune, Exchange, Purview) and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure IT systems meet business needs.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.

What skills do you need:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in IT support with a strong focus on cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud).

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Knowledge of cloud architecture, network fundamentals, and scripting for automation.

  • Familiarity with virtualization and containerization technologies.

  • Experience in the financial services sector is considered an asset.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
