Main duties:

• Lead complex advisory and contentious cases from inception to resolution, exercising senior-level autonomy and commercial acumen across regulatory and transactional matters
• Serve as a trusted counsel to global operators in high-growth sectors, including iGaming, tech, automotive, pharma, telecoms, and media
• Establish and spearhead practice specialties within the department, focusing on areas such as data protection, IP, AI/EU digital regulation, or tech contracts
• Champion team growth and operational excellence by mentoring junior colleagues and optimizing the firm's legal tech and knowledge frameworks
• Enhance market presence through thought leadership, including industry publications, speaking roles, and contributions to global comparative guides



What skills do you need:



• Fully warranted lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in TMT, IP, or a related field (an LL.M. or relevant specialist qualification is a plus)
• Proven track record and deep knowledge in one or more of the department's core practice areas
• Self-motivated, thrive under pressure, and highly results-oriented
• Passionate about legal and technological developments, with a proactive drive to elevate both your personal profile and the firm's reputation
• Native or professional fluency in both English and Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
