Main Duties:

  • Model company values (integrity, respect, accountability, excellence) and enforce all company policies, procedures, and PPE safety protocols
  • Oversee shift-end procedures for fire safety, security, and electricity conservation to maintain a secure facility
  • Lead, supervise, and efficiently utilize shift personnel according to OpEx Principles; secure manager approval for any overtime
  • Adhere to the production schedule and collaborate with Coordinators to plan staffing, evaluate shortfalls, and optimize costs and quality
  • Ensure all reels are staged before shifts, and verify that machinery, the boiler, and glue mixing are correctly set up prior to production
  • Run and monitor machinery to maximize utilization, manage product samples, and organize the rework or sorting of rejected materials
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, assist with technical troubleshooting, and proactively submit work orders for repairs
  • Maintain mastery of core operations—including Facer, Control Room, Take Off, Clamp Lifter, Boiler, Glue Kitchen, Baler, and Filtration
  • Onboard and cross-train personnel to build a flexible, multi-skilled workforce while actively pursuing personal professional development
  • Ensure accurate, timely completion of all production data, logs, viscosity records, training records, and consumption reports

What skills do you need:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or industrial production
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, train, and manage production personnel
  • Advanced knowledge of corrugator operations, machine set-up, quality standards, and equipment optimization
  • Strong organizational skills to manage staffing, schedules, materials, and priorities
  • Skilled in monitoring performance, reducing waste, and resolving operational issues
  • Deep commitment to Health & Safety, PPE compliance, and safe working practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
  • Computer literate with strong record-keeping skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
