Basis: Full time 
Remuneration: Salary + Commission

Main Duties:

• Stay current on offered products and services
• Sell fares, processing top-ups, and upselling key products
• Handle cash, card sales, and account recharges
• Reconcile and closing out end-of-shift sales
• Maintain card inventory and submitting periodic reports
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally to boost satisfaction
• Wear a clean uniform and maintaining good personal hygiene
• Perform additional operational tasks as business needs require

What skills do you need?

• Ordinary level of education in Mathematics
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English, and preferably Maltese
• Preferably one-year previous work experience in a sale related position
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with the self-motivation and focus needed to solve problems and drive results independently

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
